Our waitress this afternoon, Camilla (sorry if I misspell your name), was fantastic, friendly and very sweet. To be honest, I've never had a bad service or experience in Peckham Nando. All the staff are great. Thank you all for always having smile on your faces. Much love

Excellent service, food arrived before I was even seated! Staff checked in at appropriate times, very attentive. Very warm atmosphere and noticed a patience shown to matured members of staff. Great aesthetic will be coming back

The restaurant is quite clean and spacious, which is great as there's not that many restaurants in Peckham with ample pushchair space. The atmosphere is very chilled with the staff being welcoming and helpful. I often come here when they open as it's quiet and beats the lunch rush. I much prefer this as it's not overwhelmingly loud or busy; it also means the food is consistent whenever I go as there's no rush. One of my preferred Nando's locations.

I was really surprised when I passed by place comparing with other ones Nandos places I visited that one seemed like nicer atmosphere, cleaner, staff was really looking after guests. Plus in this area that was definitely positive surprise.

That said, I understand that this might not be ideal from a business perspective, as the restaurant is tucked away and not as easily noticeable. While this might limit foot traffic, it works wonderfully for customers like me who value a more relaxed and controlled dining experience. Overall, this Nando’s offers a perfect combination of great service, cleanliness, and a peaceful ambiance, making it one of my favorite locations to visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more laid-back meal!

Stopped by for a late lunch while in London for a few days. IMPRESSED!!!!! Customer service is 2nd to none, especially Paula( she said she normally worked at the Waterloo branch)....my opinion- she would be an asset to any branch... she greeted me, when I arrived, friendly,polite, helpful,great smily lady, very warming and made me feel I was going to enjoy my lunch, before even ordering :) I had no idea how to use the app to order and we both had a chuckle about this :) Placed my order at the counter, which was taken by the manager, really polite and proficient. Ordered: Haloumi Sticks: Very Tasty Fino Pitta: Simply Delicious Rainbow Slaw: Sadly a bit too vinegary for me Restaurant is clean, beautiful decor. I live in Sussex but come to London twice a month and I shall definitely eat here again. I wanted to leave this review on Nandos site but cannot seem to find where??? I HIGHLY recommend Nandos Peckham ....5 star
